Full-Stack Engineer (Senior/Lead)
The lead full-stack engineer will lead development architecture and ship high-performance, reliable code to deliver excellent experiences on all our software products. We are looking for individuals who will define the future architecture of our platform, providing technical and product expertise, hire, mentor, and guide developers. You will be part of a startup team, focused on delivering a highly efficient and scalable platform that enables the growth of current and future products; and services to our customers (internal and external).
You will be responsible for building and managing the digital storefront, customer/sales management platform, FinTech products, etc which will be crucial to Pravaig’s future. He / She will work closely with the CEO and Vice President of Information systems t and work with all teams on the software development efforts, and will strive to set the product and Pravaig on a course to build the best electric car in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
·You will take ownership to build scalable, reliable, and performant technology that will act as the backbone of all future software developments.
·Hands-on design and development of digital products, platforms, and services; Ensure the quality of architecture and design of systems.
·Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·Define guidelines for best practices covering design, unit testing, secure coding, etc
·Build and manage the entire software ecosystem comprising of, but not limited to, digital storefront, customer/sales management platform, FinTech products, Android/IOS application(s), and look beyond assigned responsibilities by the higher management.
Must Have:
·3 - 5 years of professional experience producing high-quality large-scale software ranging from IOS/Android applications, website, API Integrations, CRM, ERP, HR systems, etc.
·1 plus years experience leading engineering teams
·Familiarity with tools like :
·Object oriented programming language -Java, Go, Python, C++, etc
·Large-scale distributed systems- Elasticsearch, Apache Lucene, Apache Solr, Kafka, Kubernetes
·Software development and Program management tools - JIRA, Confluence, Git, BitBucket, etc
·Experience implementing API and microservices
·Experience with developing complex software systems scaling to millions of users with production quality deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
Important to have:
·Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science (or related) degree is a plus, but please don’t hesitate to apply in case you don’t.
·Cross platform experience/ background in device development (consumer electronics, automotive, etc.).
·Experience managing development of automated validation systems to ensure high quality product releases.
·Ability to collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts to a wide audience.
·Have strong business acumen and cross-domain knowledge in, but not limited to sales, operations, finance, customer management, etc.

Job Purpose (Significance of the Role & Objectives)
As a Battery Pack Design Engineer, you will be responsible for solving complex challenges across structural, electrical, and thermal domains. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing battery components and assemblies for production, testing, and proof-of-concept (POC) applications. You will drive innovation and safety in the development of high-voltage (HV) battery systems and play a key role in shaping product direction. Additionally, you will lead the design and execution of battery testing to evaluate new materials and design concepts, ensuring Pravaig remains at the forefront of battery technology.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Own the structural, electrical, and thermal design aspects of HV battery systems.
- Develop advanced lithium-ion energy storage solutions for next-generation products.
- Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle—from concept, design, and development to validation and long-term support.
- Prepare and present designs for reviews, releasing complete 3D models and technical drawings with detailed part specifications.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to battery module and pack design, including material selection and characterization.
- Lead the end-to-end development of specific battery pack components, from concept to production readiness.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to integrate mechanical systems with high-voltage electrical components.
- Conduct engineering analyses to assess the impact of design decisions on battery performance, safety, and reliability.

Battery test engineer
We are currently seeking a validation engineer for our battery test team. This position requires an automotive professional with relevant experience testing early-stage vehicle prototypes as well as production ready vehicles. Our ideal candidate exhibits a strong drive, works well in a team, and has had prior experience bringing electric vehicles to production (homologation standards). Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
Reponsibilities:
1) Create novel ways to apply skills learned in the test lab to benefit the company and our products. 2) Root cause and recreate failure modes.
3) Collaborate in the design and manufacturing of future products.
4) Design and fabricate test equipment for mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems.
5) Perform component, system, and vehicle validation by simulating realistic and accelerated dynamic and environmental conditions.
6) Identify and execute DOEs targeting new technologies or critical failures.
7) Investigate device failures to drive product development and test improvement.
8)Plan, setup professional DAQ and execute cell/battery pack testing including performance, durability, and fleet validation tests
9) Ensure test results are documented in a clear, concise and timely manner
10) Write and review battery test specifications
11) Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing
